This page explains when and how refunds, replacements, or credits are offered for our digital study materials (practice tests, question banks, guides, and other downloads).

2) Standard Digital‑Goods Policy
- Our products are digital and delivered by download link/account access.
- All sales are final once any file/link is accessed or downloaded.
- Before purchasing, please check the exam code/version, vendor, and compatibility details on the product page. If you need help choosing, contact support@examnibbles.com first.
3) 90‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee (Eligible Products Only)
Some products display a “90‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee” badge on the product page. For those items, we’ll refund your purchase price if all conditions below are met:
Eligibility Conditions
- The product page shows the 90‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee badge at time of purchase.
- Your purchase date is within 90 calendar days of your exam attempt.
- You attempted the official exam and did not pass.
- You submit a request within 7 days of the exam result, including a redacted official score report (remove personal ID numbers; keep your name, exam code, date, and result visible).
- The order email and the candidate’s name on the score report must reasonably match.
- Use is personal, single‑user only—no sharing, publishing, or redistribution.
Not Eligible
- Items without the guaranteed badge.
- Team/enterprise licenses, heavily discounted bulk orders, or custom bundles unless stated otherwise on the product page.
- Requests where the download was never accessed and no exam was attempted (use the standard policy instead).
- Suspected abuse (e.g., redistribution, chargeback threats, manipulated docs).
Outcome
Approved guarantee claims are refunded to the original payment method. As an alternative, you may choose store credit + an extended update window if you prefer.
4) Non‑Refundable Situations (Common)
- Any product where the download link has been activated or the files have been accessed/opened.
- Price on Request or special‑order items after you confirm pricing and we deliver access/files.
- Freebies, samples, or promotional add‑ons.
- Misuse, unauthorized sharing, or violations of our Terms of Use.
5) How to Request a Refund or Exchange
Email support@examnibbles.com using the subject line: Refund/Exchange Request – Order #XXXX and include:
- Order number and product name/URL.
- Email address used at checkout.
- Reason for the request (e.g., duplicate order, wrong product, defective file, 90‑Day Guarantee).
- For defective files: screenshots/error details, device/OS, and what you’ve tried.
- For the guarantee: the redacted score report (see §3).
We’ll review your request and let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls the posting time.
6) Exchanges & Store Credit
If you bought the wrong exam code/version and have not accessed the files, we’ll usually offer an exchange or store credit within 7 days. If the replacement costs more, you’ll pay the difference; if less, we’ll issue credit for the remainder.
7) Anti‑Abuse & Chargebacks
We investigate suspected fraud, file sharing, and abuse. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account blocks and license termination. We’re happy to resolve legitimate issues quickly—please contact support@examnibbles.com first.

We may revise this policy from time to time. The version shown here (with the Effective Date above) supersedes prior versions.
